How to update your personal details

You can use MyHCT to keep your personal information up to date, letting us know about important changes and making sure we have up-to-date info.

Reviewing your information

In the home screen, simply click on the ‘view profile’ icon:


This takes you to a summary screen. 

Here you can view such details as your contact information, emergency contact details, and bank details. By clicking on any of the ‘summary cards’, his opens up a snapshot of the information. You can then update any information there. You can also add some more information by clicking ‘add’ on each summary card.


Please note, you will not be able to amend any of your ‘personal details’ e.g. Name and D.O.B. If this needs to be amended, please contact HR.
